For employers

Grocery retail managers who fit the job.

With over 8 years’ experience in the Irish market, Brown Oak recruits at every management level for supermarkets, convenience stores, forecourts, fresh-food operations and grocery retail groups across Ireland.

Before the search starts

Get the job clear first.

We take time to understand the store or group, the team, the problems to solve and the person who is most likely to succeed there.

  • The type and size of the store, site or estate.
  • Team size, reporting line and management support.
  • The main operational, people and financial responsibilities.
  • Location, working pattern, salary and any real deal-breakers.

Before we send a CV

“We will tell you why the person could fit the job and what still needs to be checked.”

We speak with each candidate and ask for their permission before making an introduction.
