Lead nine forecourt and convenience sites, supporting Store Managers and improving performance across the group.
What you will be doing
- Lead and develop Store Managers across nine sites
- Improve sales, margin, labour, stock, waste and profitability
- Raise standards across retail, fresh food, forecourt and customer service
- Maintain food-safety, health-and-safety, licensing and brand compliance
- Build a consistent approach to store reviews, targets and manager development
What we are looking for
- Recent multi-site leadership experience in retail
- A strong background in forecourt, convenience or grocery retail
- Experience coaching Store Managers and improving results across several locations
- Willingness to travel regularly across a geographically spread estate
Salary and benefits
€70,000 a year
- Approximately €70,000 salary
- Mainly Monday to Friday
- Opportunity to progress towards Head of Retail or Head of Operations
