About the job
Lead a large, busy convenience store in Ballincollig with a well-established team and strong support from the owners.
What you will be doing
- Take responsibility for the day-to-day running of the store
- Lead and develop a team of approximately 45 to 50 people
- Manage sales, margin, labour, stock, waste and service standards
- Maintain strong grocery, fresh-food and compliance standards
- Work closely with the owners on store performance and future plans
What we are looking for
- Strong recent Store Manager experience in Irish grocery or convenience retail
- Experience leading a sizeable team and a high-turnover store
- Good commercial judgement and a hands-on leadership style
- Experience with Centra or SuperValu systems would be helpful
Salary and benefits
€60,000–€70,000 a year · Bonus: 10%
- €60,000–€70,000 basic salary
- 10% bonus
