About the job
Support fresh-food teams across a group of grocery stores in Cork, helping managers improve standards, sales and day-to-day performance.
What you will be doing
- Work closely with store and fresh-food managers across the group
- Improve sales, margin, labour, waste, availability and presentation
- Keep deli, hot-food, bakery and grab-and-go standards consistent
- Coach managers and teams, sharing practical ways to improve performance
- Maintain strong food-safety, hygiene and operational standards
What we are looking for
- Strong fresh-food management experience in Irish grocery or convenience retail
- Experience supporting more than one department, store or management team
- A good understanding of fresh-food sales, margin, waste and food safety
- A practical coaching style and willingness to travel between stores in Cork
Salary and benefits
€70,000–€75,000 a year · Bonus: €5,000
- €70,000–€75,000 basic salary
- €5,000 performance bonus
- A senior role with real influence across the group
