About the job
Manage a busy convenience and forecourt site in Longford, with responsibility for the team, store standards and commercial performance.
What you will be doing
- Run the shop and forecourt day to day
- Lead, roster, train and develop the team
- Manage sales, margin, stock, waste and store targets
- Maintain strong food, hygiene and customer-service standards
- Manage audits, stocktakes and ordering
What we are looking for
- Retail-management experience, ideally in forecourt or convenience
- Strong people-management and commercial skills
- Availability to work a five-over-seven rota
Salary and benefits
€38,000 a year · Bonus: €5,000
- €38,000 salary
- €5,000 bonus
- 45-hour working week
